Who It's For

For every starting point.

You don't need to already be fit to start strength training properly. You just need a program that meets you where you're at.

🏋️ Starting from scratch 🔁 Returning after a break 📋 Wanting structured programming 💪 Building confidence in the gym 🎯 Training for a specific goal 🧠 Combining strength with recovery
What To Expect

Simple, structured, sustainable.

1
Step One

Assess

We look at your current strength, movement quality, and what you're training for, so the program actually fits you.

2
Step Two

Build

A structured program with clear progression, built around the equipment and time you actually have available.

3
Step Three

Coach

Ongoing coaching to keep your technique safe, your progress moving, and your motivation high.

Our Experience

Coaching backed by real qualifications.

Zak and Isabelle both work across every service we offer. Here's their experience and approach to training.

Zak Bowdler, Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Rise Rehab Group

Zak Bowdler

Zak grew up performing in the circus, which gave him a deep, practical understanding of strength, control, and what the body is truly capable of. He brings that same eye to every strength program he builds.

“Strength isn't just physical. Every rep is a chance to prove something to yourself.”

Isabelle McMullen, Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Rise Rehab Group

Isabelle McMullen

Isabelle coaches strength programs for clients returning after time off or building confidence in a gym environment for the first time.

“You don't need to earn the right to train properly. Good coaching should meet you exactly where you are.”
