What's on your plan

One page, sent to your phone or email straight after the call. Nothing vague, nothing to decode.

1

Your goal, in your words

Not "improve mobility". The actual thing you want back.

2

3 things to start this week

How much and how often, so there's no guessing. Most need nothing but a chair and a bench.

3

1 thing to stop or change

Often the habit that's quietly keeping you stuck.

4

How you'll know it's working

One simple thing to notice, so you can see progress for yourself.

5

When to get in touch

The signs that mean it's time to call us, and what your funding options are if you want more help.

What could your first three look like?

Pick what sounds most like you.

Examples only. Yours are chosen for you on the call, around what you told us.

How the 15 minutes go

2 min

What you want back

Walking, the stairs, the grandkids, training again. We start there.

8 min

A few honest questions

Pain, how active you are, sleep, strength and confidence. The same things we'd ask in clinic, just quicker.

5 min

Your plan, talked through

Your three actions, the one thing to change, and any questions. The written plan follows straight after.

And if you want more help after that

This is what sessions at Rise look like. No pressure to book. Plenty of people just use the plan.

What it is

  • Real advice from an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
  • A plan you can start the same day
  • Free, and the plan is yours to keep
  • Phone or video, from home

What it isn't

  • A full assessment or a diagnosis
  • A sales call. If you never book with us, keep the plan
  • A replacement for your GP. If something needs them first, we'll tell you

Questions people ask

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no cost and no card details. It's 15 minutes of our time because we'd rather you start with a plan than keep guessing.

What happens after the call?

You get your Rise Plan by text or email. We check in after a week to see how the three things are going. If you'd like more help, an initial assessment is the next step, but that's up to you.

Do I need a referral?

Not for the audit. If you decide to keep going, you may be able to use DVA, NDIS or a GP referral, or come in privately with no referral. We'll tell you which fits.

Can family join the call?

Of course. Plenty of people have a partner or one of their kids on the call, especially on video.

Fifteen minutes. One plan.

Phone or video, at a time that suits you. We'll text you within 1 business day to lock it in.
